*By the end on this month, the heart will begin to beat.

Second month of pregancy

• Arms and legs are beginning to take shape *Other organs such as the stomach and liver begin to work
• Details in the face begin to happen

3rd month of pregancy

• Fetal stage begins
• All organs are prsented and working but still immature
• Kidneys start functioning *Fingers and toes start to shape *Fetus starts to be more active
