At the RTSA Saturday Summit, share initial student work and reintroduce resources to participants.

Strive to have on or more pilot teachers at each site in an effort to spread the culture.

Set up structures where teachers can train each other on coding and share ideas. This might include a mentor support group as well.

Continue all preceding steps, focusing on helping teachers from their current attitudes and experience levels.
