the 13th amendment freed all salves, the 14th made former slaves citizens giving them civil rights, the 15th allowed black males to vote. This did lead to sharecropping in the south and led to the KKK but these problems were solved and shortened and we now have black president now, to show far we've gotten. this is a reform and its important because black people now have the power to change the country. -
