Luxembourg’s acquisition by Philip the Good of Burgundy

Phillip the Good of Burgandy concered Luxembourg from Italy and put it intermediary between the kingdom of France

Founding Member of European Steel and Coal

Thanks to the Steel and Coal Community, Founded in PAris on July 23, 1952, Luxembourgs helped raise the steel production by 150% and coal by 20%.

Founded

Count Siegford founded Luxembourg in 963. It was all because of a barter for one rock. He won the rock, built a castle, lucilinburhuc castle, and soon, others built homes and stores around it.
