    Gather hopes and dreams that are shared by teachers, staff, families and students. What do they want from their education? What do they want from ther school? Hold information seeking meetings with stakeholder groups.
  • Making Sense

    What does the input mean? Spend time looking for trends, themes. Complie ideas and reccommendations. Create proposals.
  • Build the Team

    Form a team that will design a plan to redesign our instructional experience.
  • Hashing it Out

    Finalize Plan to redesign school experience
  • Roll Out

    With resources in place, implement plan, with monitoring to occur throughout the year.
