    In my '50s, it is important to eat healthy, stay physically and mentally active by getting 30-60 minutes of exercise each day, challenging my mind to improve brain function, maintaining a healthy weight especially after menopause, not smoking, getting enough sleep, reducing stress so as not to speed up the aging process, and drinking little alcohol. I will also go in for regular routine checkups every year.

    Concerns for people living in their '60s include deteriorating physical and mental health, financial issues, and depending on others. Other health concerns include heart disease, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and cancer, among other risks. To stay healthy in my '60s I can exercise regularly by getting 30 minutes of exercise daily and eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. I will also schedule yearly checkups with my doctors to make sure I am healthy.
