    Throughout my 20s I will need to eat healthy, exercise regularly and get routine doctor check ups and exams in order to maintain optimal health. I can can stay healthy by avoiding accidental injuries, eating important nutrients, not smoking or doing drugs, never drinking and driving, getting enough sleep, not texting and driving, and always wearing seat belt while driving.

    Throughout my 30s I will need to keep eating healthy and taking care of my body by exercising and going to the doctor as well as getting regular cancer screenings. It is also important to maintain a healthy balance of work and personal life while getting the right amount of sleep, maintaining a healthy weight, and reducing stress.

    My 40s
    Throughout my 40s I will practice all of the healthy habits that I normally do along with, preventing health problems that could arise later in life like heart disease and cancer, knowing my family's health history, manage my BMI, prevent and control things like anxiety and depression, get normal tests and screenings, and get a dentist cleaning.

    My 50s
    During my 50s I will eat healthy, stay active physically and mentally, maintain a healthy weight, not smoke or use tobacco products, get enough sleep, reduce stress, and drink alcohol only in moderation. It is also important that I get regular health screenings, exams, and check ups in order to ensure the best health.

    Throughout my 60s I can stay healthy by not smoking, protecting my heart, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, eating healthy, only consuming small amounts of alcohol, and seeing my health care provider regularly for check ups, screenings, tests, and immunizations.
