Classroom Teams
All K-6th grade classrooms will have desks organized into small groups for teaming and collaboration. -
21st Century Common Agreements
Staff will discuss and reach consensus on what 21st Century classrooms should look like and contain. -
Schoology Implementation
Via staff development and collaboration, all classroom teachers and IAs will be familiar with and regularly use Schoology for accessing resources and collaborating around school-wide discussion items. -
Site Tech Plan Updated
After reseaching best practices and understanding CCSS better, the current Technology Plan will be revised and implemented. It will include not just hardware, but also grade level skill outcomes and pedagogy best practices. -
BYOD Policy
Need to develop a Bring Your Own Device policy, which will allow more hands-on devices at school and open up more access to on-line resources for students. -
Tech In Place
By May 2019, all classrooms and common areas will have the appropriate technology as specified in the Site Technology Plan. -
CCSS Curriculum Maps
By the end of the 2019/20 school year, teachers will have a complete set of Common Core centered Curriculum Maps, which will include critical literacy and writer's workshop strategies integrated into all content areas.
