    North Korea attacks South Korea. This made Truman want to help South Korea resist communism. The UN was asked to intervene. When they had a vote for Security Council the Soviets refused the council to protest against the admission of Nationalist China

    The first battle in where USA and South Korea troops Fight together against North Korea. The result is North Korea being victorious

    Chines troops enter North Korea

  • North Koreas Capital is captured

  • A new rule by Truman

    President Trumn rules that no one who is a prisoner of war in UNC custody would be forced to leave North Korea and China against their will.

    The Armistice treaty was signed and ended the Korean war. South and North Korea got to keep the same territory from before but they where divided.
