As Jackson gets into his term, he decides to fight the bank. Soon to find out that this would be a fight between the bank and Andrew Jackson.

Jackson made a message to Congress, questioning if the bank was constitutional, and it didn't create a uniform currency. Congress then decided the bank was constitutional.

There was a petition to re-charter the bank, to solve everything, and it was vetoed by Andre Jackson. It wasn't able to be overruled.

In this election, Jackson was against Henry Clay, and Jackson won the election by 'fighting for common man' which gave him many votes in the election. This encouraged Jackson to keep fighting the bank.

Jackson removes the federal funds from the bank and gives the funds to state banks instead. He also decided that the bank could not be deposited into after the month of October.
