    The main purpose of the project was to close the existing landfill in Gorai, Mumbai which was sponsored by the municipal corporation.Certain time period of work and permanent solution for Eco-friendly and clean Environment, treatment of creek water for marine life makes it a unique project. it is temporary as it was completed by certain time and was eventually closed.The land was used for other purposes are the deliverable. Time was fixed, Quality was optimized and cost was accepted.

So they launched “Building a socialized model of domestic waste management in Hoi An” project. The project aims to enhance the management capacity of the environmental in this city.In addition, the cost was fixed, the quality was optimized and the time was accepted.

    It is a unique project because this is the device of its kind and the unique machine has made the harbour cleaner than it has ever been in the last few decades. The deliverable of the project was the machine itself and it is a temporary project because it was successfully completed in 2014. He wanted to develop some technique to clean the harbour. So, it shows that this project was planned. Quality of the project was fixed, the cost was optimized, funds were limited and time was acceptable.

    The purpose is to reduce e-waste by responsibly collecting and recycling e-waste.The first e-waste drop off center was established in Rabat Morocco. 3.5 tons of e-waste collected and recycled by certified recyclers and more than 3500 kg CO² emission saved. This project was sponsored by different organisations, so the cost was accepted.

Compare with burying those waste all in the landfill, this project not only can help reduce environmental pollution, but also can bring economic benefits.In addition, cost was fixed, quality was optimized and time was accepted.

    This was the first project that someone developed a packaging material using the food waste, bacteria and yeast. This is temporary because it was done in 2018 and deliverable of the project was the packaging material developed. He was inspired by the designer, then he planned and decided to develop packaging from the peel. The quality of the project was fixed, time was optimised because the material needs to be dried for a fixed time and the cost was acceptable, did not include enough cost.

    It will treat around 135,000 tons of household residual waste and 20,000 tons of commercial waste every year. It generate electricity to satisfy the energy demands of up to 32,000 households. The project commenced construction in October 2016 and completed around early 2018. The project was fixed as they have signed a contract, quality is optimised as they have started providing valuable services and reaching significant milestones.They have finished the project on time, so the time is accepted.

    Dutch designer Daan Roosegaarde is launching a large-scale project to solve the "problem with no solution" of waste and debris floating around in outer space. The aim of this project was to use space waste as a source of creativity. The idea of using beams to point out space waste and first step towards the managing space waste make it a unique project. Temeporary as the results will be declared by 2020. The quality is fixed, time is optimized and cost was accpetable.

A huge government project cannot be completed without planning so that it is planned. The quality of the project was fixed government officials cannot comprise, the cost was optimized, and time must be accepted, cannot be hindered, anyone.
