    Infants perception of sound.
Before an infant is brought into this world, they are able to hear sounds in the womb. Once they are out they are more senstive to sound than others (children and adults). Being able to understand the sound range which is suitable to the infant will benefit both you and them. Once an infant is one year of age, they should be able to handle the different frequencies of sound.
