    Teachers went on a teambuilding excursion to laser tag. The goal was improved communication.

    Creation of SIP/Marketing Plan
    Stakeholder Involvement Plan will address 8 goals: Increasing parent attendance at non-athletic events, increasing the frequency and participation rate of student-led conferences, promoting literacy within the school and the community, improving the image of the school, improved communication amongst the faculty and staff, increased shared teacher leadership, improving quality of students' projects and homework, and increasing student motivation intrinsically.

    Student-led Conferences
    Our first student-led conference night will be in early November, immediately following the first nine weeks. We will try to have some kind of food/snacks available for parents attending the conferences.

    We will hold student-led conferences after the end of the 2nd grading period. Again, we will try to offer dinner and/or snacks to make the event attractive to parents.
  • Literacy Night

    Literacy Night
    ELA Department will sponsor a literacy night to promote literacy within the school and the community. Several ideas are being considered involving scavenger hunts, campfires, and prizes awarded for accumulating A.R. points. More details forthcoming.

    2nd Annual Bronco Idol Talent Show
    1st Annual Bronco Idol Talent Show was held last year. Purpose of talent show was to increase student instrinsic motivation while raising money for incentives.
