    I think this is one the most important events on this list because it kicked off multiple trillion dollar companies that invent and produce cars. Just look around, there is nowhere in the world where you can go that you will not see some type of vehicle. The Model-T was a statement for future of Fords vehicles.

    I believe this is one of the most important events on this timeline especially because it evolved the whole world. This was the first major event kicking off World War 1 with the invention of things like Mustard gas, Submarine Warfare, and Trench Warfare. This war involved 32 different countries fighting on two sides, the Central Powers, and the Allies.

    The Panama Canal being opened and ready for travel was a huge time saver for the United States and the businesses using it. The canal being finished allowed the U.S. to go through to get to the other side of the country without having to go all the way around South America.

    This a very important event in the timeline due to the fact that the U.S. changed the tide of the war. The United States held out from the war selling supplies where they could but eventually they sent soldiers over to Europe and changed the war forever. With the Europeans being pushed back and the Germans beginning to take over Paris, the U.S. was able to push back the Central Powers saving France and changing the war.
