    North Vietnam went in and attacked South Vietnam during the early war because they wanted to manipulate South Vietnam into a communist country. Since the United States was against communism they participated in the war to help South Vietnam contain communism. Even though America had more kills then the North Vietnam, it was known to be that the North Vietnam won the war over a period of time.
  • Elvis Presley "Hound Dog"

    Elvis Presley "Hound Dog"
    Elvis Presley was born on Jan 8, 135. Elvis was known world wide because of his acting and singing. Elvis was the most popular musician during the 10th Century and known to be the "King of Rock and Roll" or "the King". On January 27, Elvis realeased his fisrt major hit the "Heartbreak Hotel". After Elvis's mother passed away he became a major drug addict and passed away from it on April 16th 1977.
  • Alabama University Intergration

    Alabama University Intergration
    The Federal District Court of Alabama ordered that Alabama University allow African American students Vivien Malone and James Hood to attend the school during its summer session. The governor of Alabama George Wallace blocked all entry to the school and officers did not let them in. In June of 1963, Kennedy got involved and orded the National Guard to escort the students into the school and forced Alabama University to stop segregation.     The March on Washington was also known as " The Great March on Washington". The March on Washington was one of the largest political rallies for human rights in United States history and called for civil and economic rights for African Americans. Almost 300,000 people got together infront of the Lincoln Memorial as Martin Luther King presented his speech to the people and also to President Kennedy. The march was to push foward the "Civil Rights Act (1964)."

    John F. Kennedy was assasinated on Nov. 22, 1963 suring a visit to Dallas, Texas by Lee Harvey Oswald. The President visited Dallas, while the election campaign was going on because he wanted to be re-elected to run for the 1964 Presidency. JFK was shot twice once near the shoulder and the last shot was fired to his head. People say if the 2 CIA agents were on the vehicle standing behind the president and the first lady JFK's assasination would have never took place.

    The Black Panthers was a organization that fought for equal right for the African Americans. The leaders of the Black Panther Party were Malcom X, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. The group then came up with a 10 point program explaining "Land, Bread, Housing, Education, Clothing, Justice and Peace", as well as exemption from conscription for African-American men, among other demands. With the Ten-Point program, “What We Want, What We Believe”, the Black Panther Party expressed its economics.

This deadly disease caused an outbreak in The United States causing many people to have this desease. HIV starts out at a small stage progressing to something deadly such as AIDS.

    It was a political scandle that was caused the Nixon's Adminitration. A result of this was in June 1972, there was a break in at Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate office complex in Washington, D.C., and the Nixon administration's attempted cover-up of its involvement. The scandal caused indictment, trial, conviction and incarceration of 43 people, including dozens of Nixon's top administration officials. (Former CIA Agents).
