    Gaspee Affair
    A British Navy Ship led by St. Puddington was seeing other American ship's cargoes. One day the british ship Gaspee runs aground on June 9, 1772. When news spread of the ship, 55 colonial men, all led by John Brown, attacked the ship the following day. They wounded and captured the crew. Forcing them to watch the ship was looted and set to fire.
