  • Petiton of Rights

    Ratified on June 7th in 1628. The rights that were given to the people under this petition was that it allowed the people not to be thrown into prison/jail without trial by jury. Sir Edward Cole signed this document
  • Albany Plan of Union

    Benjamin Franklin suggested the plan
  • French and Indian War

    Great Britain, France American Indains were major players in the battle. a major battle was Braddocks with a force of 1450 men. and the French lost
  • Stamp Act

    Items that were taxes because of the Stamp act were all printed papers and licences. Colonial Leaders did not like this Stamp act at all!
  • Boston Massacre

    Five colonists were killed
  • Boston Tea Party

    Patriots Organized the event. British responed with intolerable acts which closed the Boston port and destroyed the massechusetts government

    The British Parliament passed this act related to Massachusettes after the Boston Tea Party

    The major personalities that were involed were the carpenders at the Hall in Philly

    The results of this was the Colonial victory and the start of the American Revolutionary War. A major general that was involed was Frana Smith and Hugh Perry. Paul Revere was involed in this by letting them know that the British were coming.

    This took place at Pennsylvania State House, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Colonial leaders that were there were George Washington and Lyam Hall. An idea that came from the meeting was to boycott the British goods

    Was ratified on March 1st in 1781. The first president who would be under the articles was Sammel Huntington
