    At this stage in America, diiferent prats of the continent had different cooking and eating style, it was mostly British style of food blended in with the native cooking style. In some other parts of the continent native cooking style were blended in with Spanish and French cuisine. The food usually contains a lot of fat and oil, alcohol was also very popular.

The diet contains high energy and fat, not so healthy.
