After a surprise attack from Sam Houston and his men, the Texan soldiers cry "Remember the Alamo!' and "Remember Goliad!" as they defeat Santa Anna and his men. -
After the Battle of San Jacinto, the Treaty of Velasco officially recognizes Texas as independent from Mexico, and the war is over.
