    Now all schools were required to integrate black students, ruled by the supreme court. This is the first time that the supreme court ruled on it and that it was enforced in all of the states. If it weren't for this case where would our schools be at today? Would we continue to go to separate schools? This also was a start into the civil rights movement that has really shaped our country today.

It changed the future of children with disabilities giving them the opportunity to gain an education. Not only did this effect people with disabilities but also our society as a whole. How we view and treat those with disabilities has changed. It has also effected the teachers in the classroom because they now have to accommodate for these children.

Because of this act many schools have the pass rate and that they do. However because this was so unrealistic over the last few years there have been many other acts put in place. We therefore are continuing to see the effects even until today.
