In the Mormon religion there are some rules which include; staying away from alcohol, tea, and tobacco. Another rule is giving ten percent of your money to the church. There are two different types of Mormons one of the are Church of Latter Day Saints. These Mormons are a little different from the other type of Mormons. The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints practice polygamy. Polygamy is where a man can have more than one wife. The wife will get saved from going to hell.

Mr. Smith was the founder of the Mormon religion. Mr. Smith said Jesus and God visited him in the woods one day and they told Mr. Smith not to join a church. Later on Mr. Smith found gold slabs that were found in hieroglyphics that Mr. Smith used the stones he found to translate the hieroglyphics into english.

Andrew Jackson thought it was beneficial if the Native Americans would move away from the whites because of the conflict that was happening. Because of all the conflict, something had to happen so Andrew Jackson decided that the Native Americans would have to move but the travel will be long and hard.

The trail of tears was a long terrible process involving a lot of lives lost where Native american tribes were forced out of there homes and forced to a state now called Oklahoma. The tribes Choctaw, Chickasaw, Seminole, Creek and Cherokee were some of the tribes who were forced to move from their land.
