    This case was brought about a deaf girl name Amy Rowley. It was at the beginning of her kindergarten year where Amy was assigned an interpreter.     Endrew who is an autistic boy was placed in a private school because his parents felt as though a public school wasn’t meeting his educational needs. The parents then seemed reimbursement of tuition for the private school because they felt it fell under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
