This makes the first Major famine after the industrialization of Russia, which lasted from the spring of 21 through 22. The poster depicts them in the background, as they are the setting and almost a character within the film. This demonstrates the cultural importance and ubiquity of these buildings, and the importance of regular people and politicians placed on this form of available housing.
