  • 50's

    Eat healthy. Stay active both physically and mentally. Drink alcohol in moderation and do not smoke. Stay aware of anxiety, depression, cancer, and chronic pain symptoms. Get a physical exam every 2 years.
  • 60's

    Learn more about warning signs of life threatening diseases. Do a great job of protecting your heart. See your health care provider regularly. Eat healthy and maintain a good weight. Stop smoking for good and enjoy your grand kids.
