    Exercise regularly, maintain healthy weight by eating lots of fruits and veggies and nutritious foods. Avoiding illegal substances, smoking and limiting drinking. Getting enough sleep, protecting my skin and eyes, practicing good hygeine. Additionally, visit the gyno every 2 years. Make sure to take care of my sexual, mental and emotional health.

    Maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, get enough sleep. Additionally, wear sunscreen, reduce stress, monitor your BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and follow your doctor's diagnostic tests and screening procedures. Try and avoid accidental injuries. Take care of your sexual and reproductive health, as well as mental and emotional health. Skin care, back. build muscle. Gyno eexam, breast exam, pap test. Dental exam every 6 mos, vision exam, hearing, immunizations.
  • 40s

    Important decade for preventing diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Healthy habits are very important. Look at your family medical history. Pay attention to chronic pain, stress, blood pressure/heart rate, glucose, BMI, osteoporosis, anxiety and depression. Also sexual and reproductive health, skin and urinary health should be monitored as well as your vision and hearing. Follow your health care provider's advice about routine medical care, including various screenings, exams, and immunizations.
  • 50s

    Eat healthy, stay active (both physically and mentally), keep yourself challenged, maintain a healthy weight, don't smoke, sleep, reduce stress. There are many more medical conditions that are common in people over the age of 50, so be really good about your health care, screenings and exams.
  • 60s

    Be educated on the warning signs of serious medcal conditions, talkto your doctor if you notice any changes in your health, follow your health care providers' reccomendations for exams, screenings etc. Quit smoking, protect your heart, maintain a healthy weight, exercise, drink in moderation, eat healthy, see your health care provider regularly. Wear a seat belt, have a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and make sure that you pay attention to your cognitive function and mental health.
