    When It all Began
    The Bill Of Rights was where this all started. It made sense back then but we live in such a different world now. We need change not an argument.
  • National Firearms Act

    National Firearms Act said unlawful for any civilian to own a machine gun unless special permission from the U.S. Treasurery Department. Put this on here because clearly this has not been followed and it's a problem.
  • Black Panthers Invasion

    Black Panthers Black Panthers invaded California Statehouse. 24 of them. Great racism at that time as blacks were not allowed to have guns
  • Firearm Owners Protection Act

    This act put a ban on the transfer between newly manufactured machine guns and citizens.
  • 1994 SemiAuto Ban

    Ten year ban was placed on the sale of assualt weapons and large ammunition magazines. Put this on here becaue it talked about by the time these bills get passed there always comes with a loophole. The loophole on this one was that the ban didn't apply tothe guns manufactured before 1994.
  • Assualt Weapon Fail

    With the ban set in 1994 coming to an end there was a big push to extend the ban. This failed and was tried numerous times after that which failed everytime

    ATF Gunwalking Scanadal

    The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) willingly "walked" thousands of guns into Mexican Drug Cartels to later blame the effects on illegal flow of weapons and try to build support for gun restrictions.
  • 3-D Gun Printer Group

    In 2012 an open source group emerged that is attempting to design a firearm that could downloaded and "printed" from a 3-D printer if they had acess to one. Calling itself Defense Distributed. This would be Nuts
  • Trayvon Martin Shooting

    The Trayvon Martin shooting brought on great controversary to what is self defense and when is it right to bear arms. It sparked a big flood into the debate on gun control. It became a debocle between federal and state, as Florida had it's "stand your ground" law.
  • Obama's New Plan

    This Plan is the start of something. This is very important because finally someone is deciding to do something about it. It's better to try something than just sit there watch it get worse.
