Mega Drive/ Sega Genesis
The Sega Genesis was a great console. One of the games was Sonic the Hedgehog (15 million sold). -
SG-1000 (Sega)
The first ever Sega console made. It was released at the same time as the Nintendo console. -
Super Nintendo Entertainment System
300,000 units were sold within hours. Overall it sold 49.10 million units sold. It had games like Super Mario, Star Fox, Donkey Kong Country etc. -
Play Station (Sony)
It is the first game console created by Sony at that time CDs were being introduced. The first Grand Turismo was made. -

Sony’s third console in the Market. There were two models for this console. Its top selling game was Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. It had a Play Station add-on called Play Station Move it’s a controller that if you move your hand it will detect it. -
Wii (Nintendo)
This console was a console that encouraged moving around. It made move to be good at sport. Its top selling game was Mario Kart Wii. -
Wii U
It is a huge add-on to the Wii. It is kind of like a tablet. Its hit game is Nintendo Land. -
Play Station 4
The latest generation of Sony consoles. The new controller has a touch pad on it that can make gaming interactive. -
Xbox One
The latest generation of consoles by Microsoft. It has many new games coming out for 2014.
