After the game PONG. decresed in popularity,atari started to lose money. Thus the atari 2600 was created. the atari's beat selling game was pac-man with 7 milloin copys sold! -

The atari company has came out with 15 consles in total. They were at the top of the video game kingdom, for a short time.

the sega and nintendo battle began around the late 1800s and still continues today with their top selling games mairo and sonic -

the sony playstaion was revolutionary to games in the late 1900s sega could have relesed the first ps1 but sony said no. -

when microsoft realizes that game systems and game companys make alot of money theu desided to make the xbox -

with sony and microsoft going head to head microsoft knew they had to step up their game thus the xbox 360 -

sony says "six years in the making" coming out with the ps3. a fun fact: the ps2 had backwards combatabilty and very few ps3s were sold with this abilty due to the fact that sony would make less money (there would be no reason to own a ps1 or ps2 if you had a ps3) -

other gaming companys thought it would be a waste of their time trying to go aginst playstation and xbox even. that being said the nintendo didnt back down comping out with hand held game systems simmilar to sony's psp or nintedo's old school game boy. the top 3 game systems now are PS4 Xbox one and wii U people are on the edge of there seats seeing and thinking of who is going to win (my moeny is on playstation)
