This act meant all printed material had to carry stamps. This made colonists made, especially the newspapers workers and lawyers. -
Declaratory Act
This act was made to say that the ability to tax is possible, but will not, but still have the power to do so. Many colonists were confused and working out the details. -
Townshend Act
This act was to stop smuggling, and this act left a lot of colonists mad. -
Tea Act
This act was tax exemption and allow to dump cheap tea on colonies. This made colonists angry with this motion.
