    The Vietnam War was a long and dangerous lastng from November 1, 1955 – April 30, 1975. It was also the most costly armed conflict between the communist regime of North Vietnam and South Vietnam. In other words, it was the second part of the cold war. More than 3 million people were killed in the Vietnam War.Out of these, half were Vietnamese civilians.

    Presley's first RCA single, "Heartbreak Hotel", was released on January 27, 1956 and became a number-one hit in the United States. After this release, he became one of the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century. He invented a new kind music known as rockabilly. During this time frame, he was often referred as the king of rock and roll.

    First lady Jacqueline Kennedy rarely accompanied her husband on political outings but this was when she set besides him. This was a 10-mile motorcade through the streets of downtown Dallas on November 22. As the vehicle passed the Texas School Book Depository Building at 12:30 pm, Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots from the sixth floor, fatally wounding President Kennedy and seriously injuring Governor Connally. Kennedy was then pronounced dead 30 minutes later at Dallas’ Parkland Hospital.

Aldrin Jr., and Michael Collins were the three that set their foot on the moon. There have been six manned U.S. landings (between 1969 and 1972) and numerous unmanned landings, with no soft landings happening from 22 August 1976 until 14 December 2013. Till today, the United States is the only country to have successfully conducted manned missions to the Moon.

    During an outdoor rally in Laurel, Maryland, George Wallace, the governor of Alabama and a presidential candidate, is shot by 21-year-old Arthur Bremer. this caused Wallace to permanently paralyzed from the waist down. The next day, while fighting for his life, he won major primary victories in Michigan and Maryland. However, Wallace remained in the hospital for several months, bringing his third presidential campaign on the way to the end.

This was all part of President Richard Nixon’s reelection campaign. The mens were caught while attempting to wiretap phones and steal secret documents from the office.Eventually, Nixon was apeached.

    Founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak created Apple Computer on April 1, 1976, in Cupertino, California. Both were college dropouts and obtained no professional degree. Jobs and Wozniak wanted to make computers small enough for people to have them in their homes or offices. In other words, they wanted a computer that was user-friendly. Sales jumped from $7.8 million in 1978 to $117 million in 1980 and is still going up.

Hinckley’s first shot hit press secretary James Brady and other shots wounded a police officer and a Secret Service agent. Then the final shot hit Reagan’s limo and then on the President’s chest
