Technology for Teachers
Teachers have full access at all times in their classroom to technologies such as the iPad, SMART Board, and/or laptop, that they use to enhance instruction and engage students in their learning. -
Students are 1:1 with Devices
All Students at Fletcher will have access as all times to a technology device that they will use for information gathering, guided and independent practice, and production of projects. -
Flipped Classrooms
All Teachers will be implementing Technology for Direct Instruction, while Classroom time will be geared toward guided practice and differentiated instruction -
Global Citizenry
Focus of Technology shifts to being a global citizen and reaching out to students in other parts of the country as well as in other countries. -
Technology to Solve Global Problems
Students at Fletcher Elementary engage learning at home and at school using tablet devices to access books and information and work in collaborative groups to solve political, environmental, and social justice problems at home and around the world as global citizens of the 21st Century
