    The Industrial Era was the beginning of change. Everything was now being made in factories and made at a fast and efficent speed. Transportation was being expanded upon, electricity was being used more than before, and the process of making things was sped up and made ten times more efficently.

    The Imperialism Era adopts the concept of an imperial take over. Meaning stronger countries, with a very strong army, take over weaker countries making them a part of their country.

    Progressive Era

    The Progressive Era is all about making things more efficently. Meaning more factories, the creation of an assembly line, competetion and above all the demand rises.

    The assembly line (Industrial)
    The creator of the assembly line, Henry Ford, created this to speed up the process of making his cars for the public. With this the creation of lots of cars created and they progressed and eventually the assembly line was perfected.

    The Roaring Twenties was all about change.Most of the change was occuring in women rather. Women started changing how they dressed, how they acted and started doing more in a society that still was underminig their abilities.

    Prohibtion was the legal act of banning all sale and consumtion of alcohol beverages. This act was enforced until 1933 because eventually the government found it was useless since people were importing alcohol anyway and selling it illegally.

    The Great Depression

    The Great Depression was a repression that happened in North America, Europe and other countries. The country's value was dropping and the people were suffering. There wasn't many jobs left and people had little and barely any money to live on. This lasted for a while and they implemented many ways of giving the people money so they could live.
  • Dust Bowl (Great Depression)

    The Dust Bowl was one of the biggest cause of the Great Depression. It was a great dust storm that has killed crops, preventing farmers from farming and growing any crops to eat, Thus the prices went up and there was not much food for all the people and most starved and grocery stores shut down.

    The leader of Germany during World War Two who had promised to bring Germany victory and restore their pride they had lost in the first world war. He implemented the National Socialist Party, or the Nazis. They were against races, religion, and anything Hitler said was wrong. Eventually he committed suicude when the Allies caught up to him and he refused to become a prisoner.

    Ultimately World War Two had begun with Germany and their leader at the time, Adolf Hitler. The country believed that Hitler would ultimately give them the pride they had lost in the first World War but they had fallen because of the power of the Allies, multiple countries against Germany and the Axis Powers.

    The Cold War refers to the relationship between the USSR and the USA. Also was a time of many proxy wars in places such as Korea, Vietnam and Afghanistan.

    Rock n' Roll (Fifties)
    During the fifties rock n' roll rose and became a new movement with the teens of the USA.

    The Fifties was the time after the war ended and all the soldiers returned home. This caused the baby boom amung other things. Many problems arose financially but they managed to implement ways to fix all of that.

    During this Era people started to fight more for equality. So rose the leader of this movement, Martin Luther King Jr. They fought for racial equality and justice against the racial crimes commited against them.

    Part of the Cold War Era. One of the biggest and unforgettable proxy wars during that Era.
  • The murder of Emitt Till (Civil Rights)

    The murder of Emitt Till (Civil Rights)
    On August 28, 1955, fourteen year old Emitt Till was found dead, brutally beaten, and tied to a fan so he would sink the bottom of a river. This made people question the government and equality. The murder was a white man and the jury was all white and they had found him not guilty because of his race.
