The Black Death
A huge outbreak in Europe that was carried by rat fleas. Killed 25 million people, one-third of the population. The black death originated in China, and spread the way of the Silk Road and by ship. The most common sympton was Bubos. They fromed around the groin, neck, and armpits. They ozzed pus and bled when opened. -

The inventor of the first gun is unknown. Guns have helped all types of explorers. It was easy for them to kill Native Americans with the new weapon. -

Caravels are built by attaching wood planks to a frame. This method was called carvel build, or carvel planking.This type of method enables longer ships and better sailing rigs. -

Treaty of Tordesillas
This treaty divided the world's undiscovered lands between Spain and Portugal. The Pope decreed that all lands discovered west of a meridian 100 leagues (300 miles) west of the Cape Verde Islands should belong to Spain while new lands discovered east of that line would belong to Portugal. -

Why i chose these 15 dayes
I chose these 15 dates because most of these dates were important for explorationa and expanding countries. Others were inmportant for technology. I included the fall of some empires which i think are essential in exploration.
