Evolution of Nintendo Consoles

  • NES

    The NES is a 1985 8 bit console that is mainly famous for having Mario, Zelda, and other nintendo 8 bit games. It includes games like The Legend Of Zelda, Donkey Kong 1981, Mario Bros 1983,Super Mario Bros. 1 2 and 3, and other 8 bit games.
  • Gameboy

    The Game Boy like the N.E.S. is an 8 bit console, but between these 2 consoles, there is just 1 thing that differs. and that is color. The Game Boy just shows black and white, but the N.E.S shows various colors. Few games: Super Mario Land, Dr Mario (1990), Wario Land ll, Tetris, Kirby´s Dream Land, and Super Mario land 2.
  • SNES

    The SNES is a 16 bit console, considered the sequel to the NES. Few games:Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2, Super Mario Kart, Super Mario All Stars, Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World, Mega Man X, Kirby´s dream course, Chrono trigger, and Super Punch out!!
  • N64

    The N64 is a nintendo console that has nintendo games, and the characters are just looking like the developed mario characters, except with less detail. Few Games: Super Smash Bros, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Mario Party, Pokemon Stadium, Perfect dark, and Pokemon snap.
  • Gameboy Color

    A color version of the gameboy, although containing different games.
  • Gamecube

    The Gamecube is very similar to the wii. It had a remote controller, and the console is shaped like a cube, having multiple color ones. Few games: Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart Double Dash, Paper Mario: The Thousand year door , and Metroid Prime.
  • Nintendo DS

    The DS Is very similar to the 3DS that comes out in 2012, but it has just 2 things taken out: the 3D feature and the L pad. Few Games: Mario Kart DS, Super Mario 64 DS, New Super Mario Bros., Mario and Luigi: Bowser´s inside story, and Chrono Trigger(1995).
  • Wii

    The Nintendo Wii is a nintendo Console, involving the TV and is similar to the Gamecube. Few games: Super Smash Bros Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, and Super Mario Galaxy 2.
  • Wii U

    Wii U is like a sequel to the Wii, and both can involve TV, and are capable of being used by the same type of remote controller. Few games: Super Mario Maker, New Super Mario Bros U, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario 3D World and Splatoon.
  • Nintendo 2DS

    It is similar to the 3DS except it doesnt have the 3d feature. It also has the same games as the 3DS.
  • 2DS XL

    An Improved version of the 2DS
  • Switch Lite

    Same as the switch, has the same games, but doesnt have joy cons like the original switch.
