Marion T. Academy Charter School (closed). Developed and implemented a standards-based, Pre-Algebra curriculum to increase student achievement on the Delaware state assessment. Integrated technology and real world applications such as a stock market simulation and dorm room diorama. Communicated with parents, administrators, specialists and colleagues to address and meet students’ behavioral and academic needs. Co-founded and led a cheerleading team.
