Till this day I cannot forget the stroy plot of this book! My 5th grade teacher read this book as a read aloud .It is defenetly a book I would read to my future students in 4th or 5th grade.

In middle school it was harder to find books I actually enjoyed reading. This was the time when teachers would assign readings from books I was not interested in. I began reading this book The other side of the dark by Joan Lowery Nixon just for my reading entertainment and I could not but the novel down !

My sister bought this book becasue Jon Scieszka was going to have a book signing . I read the book and I loved the humor embeded in the story.

I came across by this book by Shel Silverstein because of a college essay of 11-18 pages. I really liked his poetry and wrote an anaylitical essay on the poem called Where the Sidewalk Ends.

I began reading this book because it was recomemded to me by a friend and I also herd they were making it into a movie. I wanted to finish the book before the movie came out because almost always the books are better than the movie.
