Proposal was written that including addressing ongoing funding for the program and the six elements of blended learning implementation: leadership, professional development, teaching, operations, content, and technology.

23 Certificated staff members began the 9-week LEC course as a cohort.

Software and Hardware were ordered with the goal to achieve 2:1 devices by year one and 1:1 by year two.

A daily schedule was developed to honor Blended Learning time-blocks by grade. An MOU was developed with local teachers' association to implement minimum days each Friday to allow teachers necessary data analysis time.

As Chromebook carts began arriving at school site, they were tested for compatibility with district network and site wi-fi.

Prior to beginning the Blended Learning lessons, each class began a series of lessons on Digital Citizenship developed by Common Sense Media.

Seven teams were developed to address each of the 6 areas of focus within our School Site Plan (with an additional team developed to address "Marketing".) Each team has a coach to lead their efforts. Coaches will meet to develop target plan, schedules, and metrics to determine effectiveness towards goal attainment.
