In this video, Hepburn won best actress for the movie "Roman Holiday". In her speech, she kept it short and sweet and thanked everyone who helped with the movie. Although she says "I'm terribly happy", she seemed very sad while giving the speech. She only looked at the crowd once but mostly just looked down at the podium. It could be that she was nervous about speaking in front of all those people, but really it seemed like she was just upset. -

Audrey Hepburn passed away in her home in Swizterland. She was 63 years old and had recently undergone surgery for colon cancer. I'm not sure if she knew that she was going to die, but I like that when she did die, she was in Europe: her home continent. I think that she had closer ties with her European side so she could be with the people she loved when she passed away.
