    This act is similar to the No Electronic Act (NETA) as it further protects those who commit copyright infringment by increasing the potential penalties associated to the crime.

  • Cyber Security Enhancement Act (CSEA)

    The Cyber Security Enhancement Act (CSEA) was put into place to ensure that those commit fraud through computers are properly prosecuted and charged.

  • Cyber Security Enhancement Act (CSEA II)

    This act was to utilize the publics resources to further strengthen cybersecurity throughout the country. It also helped prepare the public for how serious this sort of crime was becoming.

  • Cyber Information Sharing Act (CISA)

    This act was created to require the cybersecurity threat information with people other than the United States Government.

  • Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency Act

    The Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency Act was enacted to improve the Homeland Security Act of 2002 by having the Director of National Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security handle the cybersecurity problems.

  • Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data (CLOUD) Act

    This act made it so that even if data was being sotred overseased, it still needed to be shared with the proper United States's authorities even if it is in another country.
