Cultural Leadership Plan

    Plan will be presented in IGAP. It will be given to administrators and reviewed. Administrators will determine if plan will be eligible for the 2020-2021 school year
  • Parent Survey

    Parents will be given a beginning of the year survey. These questions will help the teacher know the background information of the students. i.e. race, customs, etc. Teacher will also learn likes and dislikes
  • Begin Student data collection

    Teacher will begin student data collection. Will be taken monthly and reviewed quarterly

    Teacher will begin researching and attending in district and out of district events relating to becoming culturally aware. Teacher will continue to attend and reflect on events monthly

    Students and families will be presenting at the cultural night in November. Families will be encouraged to incorporate cultural traditions/customs in a presentation.
