Paperless Assessments
Formative and summative assessments will be online. These assessments will be part of a student portfolio that will also include authentic projects and presentations. Students will also receive immediate feedback on computer based-assessments.

Professional Development Training
Professional development will be more in-house utilizing the expertise of the staff. Teachers will also attend conferences and workshops and share their knowledge at grade level, department and staff meetings. This will replace the outside staff developer presenting at sites and districts. -
Teacher Differentiation of Instruction
Teachers will provide more differentiation of instruction via technology. Students will have their individual plans, projects and assessments on line that will meet specific learning needs. -

Schools and Wireless
All schools have wireless networks and control their own technology infrastructure. -
Students have no need for backpacks.
Students have computers at home and at school. Work is saved in the cloud. No books, computers, paper or pencils are carried to school. The only thing carried to school would be lunch.
