    The project opens in December, together with the Cathedral Bridge or Dombrücke.

    City authorities decide to build a bigger station, with two secondary passenger stations.

    Construction begins and lasts for five years.

    Several parts of the station start being demolished because of World War II's damages. A new reconstraction process begins.

    The reconstrution process ends, and the finished building includes new modern structures, like the shell-shaped roof.
