    Winston Churchill was involved in the Winston Iron Curtain Speech. Winston Churchill condemns the Soviet Union's policies in Europe and declares, “From Stettin in the Baltic to Trieste in the Adriatic. March 5, 1946 is when the Iron Curtain Speech happened. Fulton, Missouri, U.S. is where the Iron Curtain Speech happened. A phrase made famous by Winston Churchill to describe the line separating the Soviet-dominated eastern Europe from the sovereign nations of the west. Soviets created a barrier.

    Korean War

    The United Nations, with the United States as the principal participant, South Korea, North Korea , and The Soviet Union. North Korean Communist army crossed the 38th Parallel and invaded non-Communist South Korea. It happened in North Korea and South Korea. the Korean War began when some 75,000 soldiers from the North Korean People's Army poured across the 38th parallel. As Kim Il-sung's North Korean army, armed with Soviet tanks, quickly overran South Korea.

    Cultural Revolution

    Mao Zedong was involved in the Cultural Revolution. launched what became known as the Cultural Revolution in order to reassert his authority over the Chinese government. Happened in China. Mao Zedong came to feel that the current party leadership in China, as in the Soviet Union, was moving too far in a revisionist direction, with an emphasis on expertise rather than on ideological purity.
