    where- Livadiya, Yalta who- President Franklin D Roosevelt, Winston Churchhill, Joseph Stalin. what happened- a meeting of the three world war 2 allies. how did it effect liberalism- liberalism was increased because they were promised more rights with free elections.

    where- Potsdam Germany who- Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill, U.S. President Harry, and Clement Attlee Truman what happened- these 4 met in Potsdam, to negotiate terms for the end of World War II and agreed on the reparations to be made to reconstruct Germany. how did it effect liberalism- Liberalism would decrease because Germany had to pay reparations and reconstruct Germany.

The attack was a big failure. how did it effect liberalism- This would have increased liberalism if the plan worked but it didn't so the liberalism decreased because of Fidel Castro. He decreased the rights and freedoms of Cuban citizens to immobilize their voices to stay in power.
