This was the date that the multinational corporation Apple was established. It makes a wide range of computer products, many of which I use, such as iPhones, iPods, and Macintosh computers. -

Microsoft introduced WIndows on this date. I use this operating system often for school projects. -
World Wide Web
This was the date that the World Wide Web debuted as a publicly available service on the internet. It was created by Tim Berners-Lee and it changed the way the world accessed information. I use it everyday to access different websites and information for school, news, or for fun. -
DVD
On this date Sony and Philips announced the DVD. This has come to completely replace the VHS and it is what i use to watch movies and TV shows all the time. -
Amazon
This was the month that Amazon went online. I use amazon to order books, movies, and other things from Internet. I like this better than going to a store because it is more convenient and the prices are always better. -
Flash Drive
This is the date that the USB flash drive created by IBM became available. With more storage space than discs, flash drives quickly became popular because of their convenience and enhanced storage space. I use them on a regular basis when working on a project in class. When i save the project to my flash drive it makes it simple to continue working on it when I go home -
Facebook
This is the date that Mark Zuckerberg launched Facebook, the largest social network service in the world. Me and people all over the world use Facebook every day to communicate with our friends and families over the internet. -
Youtube
This was the date that the video sharing website Youtube was activate. It has become an immensely popular way for users to share events happening all over the world and I visit the website a lot to see the new videos that users are uploading -
Xbox 360
The Xbox 360 is a video game console produced by Microsft which was unveiled on this date. I bought it the year it came out and since then it has been an important hobby of mine to play video games on this console. -
