  • 9 Months

    9 Months
    Ones your baby learns to crawl you might want to gate off the stairs. If possible place the bottom gate a few steps up from the floor to create a practice area so your baby can try it's hands at climbing. After working on upward mobility work on safe strategies. Show your baby how to scoot on it's belly feet first. Even start working on their walking. In this month they could begin to start walking.
  • 10 Months

    10 Months
    As your baby learns to cruise in preparation for learning to walk, feeling the floor beneath her feet will help keep her balance. There is no need to by high-tops when you buying your baby's first show. It's muscle need room to develp and strengthen all on their own. At this time just stick with socks for your baby. When you do choose your baby's first shoe be sure to look for flexible, breathible, and room shoes. Ankle hugging shoes could be a little too stiff or tight for newly mobile babies.
  • 11 Months

    Your baby will soon be one. The first year is full of both trials and treasures. It is also time for another check up. Your baby will be measured, height, and weight. Depending on the exact of type of vaccines previously administered, your baby may need another round of shots. Your baby should be sitting independently, pulling up, cruising or walking. As well as grasping items, looking for hidden objects, respoding to it's name, feeding itself, playing little types of games, and using gestures.
  • Month 0

    Month 0
    At birth the average baby weighs about 7.5 pounds though the range of normal is between 5.5 and 10 pounds. Many babies go through a growth spurt at seven to ten days old, and then again at three weeks of age.
    Sometime during the first four weeks of the babies life the umbilical cord will shrink, shrivel, blaken, and fall off. You need to remember to keep it clean. The babies head will slowly change its shape.
  • 1 month

    1 month
    The baby may sleep a little, wake a little, fuss a little, then start the process all over again. Young babies are also active sleepers by nature, with dreaming and a lot of movement. Fussing is a natural component of their sleep. You might see your baby wiggling around, searching for a fist which to suck as it relaxes.
    The color of the babies eyes will start changing. At week seven start trying to get your baby on some kind of schedule.
  • 2 months

    2 months
    The baby will become strong enough to lift it's head up and turn it while lying on it's belly. The baby will also begin to keep it's own head upright, at least breifly. Your baby will also be able to move more than it was able to when it was only 1 month old.
  • 3 months

    3 months
    At three months your baby will start doing mini pish-ups that will eventually land them on their back. Your babies hips and knees show improved strength and flexibility. Your babies eyesight has improved enough to allow it to see objects farther away than it's hand. Your baby will begin to establish a regular daily pattern on its own. Including eating, waking, and sleeping at the same times each day.
  • 4 Months

    4 Months
    Symptoms of teeth growing in start to appear. Your baby's mouth might start bothering them, which may cause them to cry more. You might start finding shirts of the baby's that are suddenly soggy. You may also experience your baby trying now gnaw on your fingers. Especially when your baby is cutting that first tooth your baby may lack sleep.
  • 5 Months

    5 Months
    Most of babies this age show few signs of recall, but gifted children may demonstarte a surprising ability to remember where they left a favorite book, or shoe. Babies may start showing off their creativity and originality. They may also exhibit an unusual ability to focus and concentrate. Your baby may also be able to make connections with objects. Your baby may start getting more curious about life and may have restless sleep habbits.
  • 6 Months

    6 Months
    Your baby can likely pick up a tiny object, by raking it toward the baby with its hand, covering the object with it's hand. and squeezing it with it's palm. Over this month your baby will learn a more direct route: the pincer grasp. This will eventually let the baby feed itself. Aside frim tempting finger foods your baby will be touching,exploring, and manipulating all kinds of toys.
  • 7 months

    7 months
    During this month your baby will most likely start clapping it's hands. It will be beamed with glee at it's newfound skill. When your baby sees how proud you are because they clapped they will continue doing it. During this month your baby may give you a bird like flap. With your baby learning how to start clapping, waving, and pointing your baby will start to crave attention. Keep your baby's hands busy.
  • 8 Months

    8 Months
    A normal baby will begin crawling in this month. Although some babies start crawling between the 6th or 9th month marker. The baby may oush itself backward or rock back and forht until she gets the hang of the foward motion. Your baby may even scoot from place to place by sliding it's bottom on the floor. Your baby could also lift it's knees and behind high in the air and waddle along on it's hands. Encourage your baby to crawl!
