The Deliverable was the Tunnel which is called as Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee also named as Chennai-Nashri Tunnel in the Jammu and Kashmir. The tunnel is the first, and the sixth, road longest tunnel in the world with a transverse ventilation system and cut 2 hours distance. Transverse ventilation will minimize tailpipe smoke within the tunnel to prevent suffocation and maintain visibility.
