The Proclamation of 1763 was made by the British. It was a line made by the Appalachian Mountains. Also it made it where colonists can’t settle in the territory, which was after the French and Indian War. -
The Sugar act was an act against the colonists. Made by the British in response to paying for the French and Indian War. It was an act that increased the cost of daily items like tea, sugar, paint, and etc. -
Same as the Sugar Act the Stamp Act was made by the British for the Seven Years War . It taxed and increased the price of any and all printed paper like: newspapers, legal documents, and etc. Also the government stamped all printed paper just in case of fraud papers. -
The Boston Massacre was a response from the British by firing their weapons and killing 5 people from a group of colonists. The colonists were protesting in the streets of Boston. They were protesting about the Townshend Acts. They called it the Boston Massacre cause they’ve never seen something so terrifying ever before. -
The Boston Tea party was in Boston, Massachusetts. It was an act of hatred by the (so called) Sons of Liberty that were part of the colonist side. By dumping 45 tons of tea in the Boston Harbor. Also they were able to do it by dressing up as Mohawk Indians and invading the ship quietly. -
1st the Boston Port Act: The Boston Port Act was an act made by the British Government. It was an act by moving the main port of entry for goods and trading to Marblehead and also moving the capital to Salem. It was closed till the money of the dumped tea from The Boston Tea Party was made up. -
3rd The Massachusetts Government Act: It was an act passed by the British. It was made to punish Massachusetts for trying to overpower the 13 colonies. Also it was set on the colonists fault. -
4th The Administration of Justice Act: It was an act made by the British. It was made for the law officers of Britain. If they committed a crime anywhere in the British or the States the law officer can change if or if not you should be able to go to court there or in the British court. -
2nd the Quebec Act: It was an act passed by the British. It was an act that allowed any French speaking individual to have a good job in Quebec. This angered and upset colonists by land ownership, religious freedom, and etc. Also it put fear and paranoia in the colonists. -
5th The Quartering act: The Quartering Act was an act made by the British. It was an act when a lot of British soldiers were at war they were able to stay in the colonists house. The colonists had to water, feed, and bed them.
