    It was a war between France and Great Britain over the control of land and the fur trade. Also known as the Seven Year War. The British win and they gain control of the Mississippi River and land east of the Mississippi River. Also parts of Canada.

    The Sons of Liberty was formed by Smauel Adams, and was originaly formed to fight the Stamp Act. They would sometimes use the tactic of agression and intimidation to achive their goals.

    The Beginning and End of the Stamp Act

    In 1965 they created the Stamp Act which said that any printed document must have a stamp to show that the tax has been paid for. Due to protest in the colonies the Stamp Act was removed a year later.

    The Townshend Act put more taxes on things like imported glass, lead, paint, paper, and tea.
  • Boston Massacre

    This was the murder of 5 people during an argument between some guards and a group of people. During the argument someone decided to throw a rock at one of the guards. The guards took this as a threat and fired upon the crowd.
