The Boston Massacre was brutal and bloody, in the spring of 1777 british troops open fired at the colonists of Boston, Massachusetts. Around that time, Paul Revere joined the local militia, or as it became known as, the "Sons Of Liberty".

The Tea Act of 1773 created a wave of anger for the colonists. The Prices and Taxes were rising at an incredible rate. This infuriated Revere and the colonists of Boston.

Later in the year when sarah died, he remaried Rachel Walker. Revere and Walker together had 8 children, 3 whom died young.

The 1st Ship from the East India Company under the new Tea Act sailed into the Boston Harbor. As a first act, the colonist boycotted merchants that sold the tea. Infuriating the King.

The Colonist, angered by the Tea Act, got the Sons of Liberty and took action. They Dressed up as Indians and seized the ship. Grabbing as much tea and dumping it over the side of the ship into the harbor. Paul Revere and Samuel Adams were the leaders of the Tea Party.

Late in the evening of April 7, 1775, Robert Newman instucted Revere to warn the minute men of the coming of the british army. 1 lantern by land, 2 by sea, those were the instructions given to him.

Paul Revere died at the age of 83 years old, at his house in Boston, Massachussetts. He died of natural causes, most likely old age.
